The Blinded Veterans Association (BVA) is an organization of blinded veterans helping blinded veterans. Through our service programs, regional groups, resources, and advocacy before the legislative and executive branches of government, we hope to make life better for blinded veterans. We also hope to be there with encouragement and support. There is no charge for any BVA service and membership is not a prerequisite to obtain help. All legally blinded veterans are also eligible for BVA's assistance whether they become blind during or after active duty military service. Referral Website

The Marine Corps Wounded Warrior Regiment (WWR) administers the Marine Corps Recovery Coordination Program by ensuring wounded, ill and injured (WII) Marines medical and non-medical needs are fully integrated. The WWR is a single command with strategic reach that provides non-medical care to the total Marine force: Active Duty, Reserve, Retired, and Veteran Marines; whether attached to a WWR element or remaining with their parent command. The Regimental Headquarters, located in Quantico, VA, commands the operation of two Wounded Warrior Battalions located at Camp Pendleton, Calif. and Camp Lejeune, N.C., and multiple detachments in locations around the globe, including at major Military Treatment Facilities and VA Polytrauma Centers.
